Best 2 day trip AWAY from Cleveland

Best 2 day trip AWAY from Cleveland?

The wife and I both have this weekend off (Dec. 8 evening - Dec 10) which is a rarity for us. I want to surprise her with a weekend getaway out of Cleveland. What is a good getaway figuring in Friday night/Sunday night travel (flight, Amtrak, or bus) with a Saturday to enjoy the area?

a couple of days in nyc watching the sights and seeing a couple of broadway shows will be great.

I don't know what you and your wife like or if you have been to Vegas but it was soooooo fun....They have everything if your into family attractions or having a Good time! :) Oh, my gosh and their celebrity wax museum at the Venetian Hotel was worth the trip in it self. I mean they even have fun props to take your pics with Fave celebrities. I got to marry George Clooney....umm hello GQ's sexiest man alive. HAHA! Good times

Well, Niagra Falls might be cold as hell but still really pretty this time of year! It's a pretty romantic trip, and I know there's a casino there along with a bunch of hotels. I'm sure you've been before, but Pittsburgh is alot of fun, too! There's a fantastic nightlife and loads of resturants to try out, and TONS of hotels in the city! My fave, of course, is Philadelphia! Lots of historic sites to see, great hotels, awesome resturants and nightlife, lots of shopping! I'm not sure how long a trip that would be, though. Check out the website! Look into bus tours from AAA or private charters...They go to niagra falls, windsor etc...Or get one short flight and room from travelocity or another website. I recommend NY city, Boston, or Chicago, bec. they have good public transport
