Ticket from Cleveland to Maryland?
I have a question, I bought a ticket from Cleveland to Maryland The flight leaves on Tuesday, May 15. However, due to personal reasons, I am unable to go to Maryland anytime soon. Therefore, I was wondering if there is any way I can sell it to anybody at lower price? any site you would recommend? it's continental airlines by the way - economy class if any of you are interested, do let me know...

not usually. Name changes are usually forbidden, so the best you can do is cancel, pay the fee and keep whats leftover in an account to be used for another flight sometime. Surely you'll want to get out of Cleveland sometime soon! poor fella... stuck in Cleveland...

Call the airline. They'll probably require you to schedule a flight by May 15th that leaves within a year. You'll of course have to pay a penalty. Changing names on the ticket is not allowed and I really don't think an "account" will be set up in your name. They'll want you to apply the remaining value of the ticket (after the penalty) to another ticket right away.
