How do I find my lost luggage from Northwest?
I need this communites help! My luggage never made it onto my flight to Cleveland - Apparently its in Mpls (no one really knows) and is going to make its way here on the next flight. This was 2 days ago! I have trie dto contact everyone that could possibly help at the azirlines but, nothing - just the run around! I have no clothes, non nothing and buisness meetings all week! I just want to know where my luggage is! How can I talk to someone to get answers? I this day and age, everything is scanned! frustrated in Cleveland!!!!!

i do feel sorry for you; with EMIRATES i had to wait for 6 days. YOU have TO ASK FOR COMPENSATION AND they HAVE to help you. very hard but persevere ; this is geneva convention and IATA
