6-7 hours.

It all depends, especially on if there's any stopovers and the number. But at most part, can be up to 8 hours.

Unfortunately, it seems you can't do a non-stop flight from Cleveland to Cancun -- which obviously makes your travel time a little longer, since you have to connect somewhere else. Assuming, however, that flying conditions are perfect on both your flights, there are no delays, and you don't miss your connection, the quickest you can get from Cleveland to Cancun is around seven hours -- and that's with a stop (anywhere from an hour to and an hour and a half) in Houston or Philadelphia. In fact, Continental does actually operate a flight from Cleveland that gives you a 39-minute layover in Houston, and that cuts the total journey time down to only six hours, but it's up to you whether you feel 39 minutes is long enough for you to get off the plane, get to your next gate or terminal, and then get on another plane (bearing in mind that the gates close 20 minutes before the flights depart.) It might be cutting it just a little too close. Of course, different flights will have different layover times -- your journey could be as long as 14 or so hours if you book a flight with a long layover! And FYI, when you're coming back to Cleveland from Cancun, it's usually just a little bit quicker. By the way, if you've already bought your ticket, you can usually see the details of how long it's going to take -- and if you haven't, you can usually check the layover and flight times when you're browsing flights. You could even do the math yourself, bearing in mind that Cleveland is an hour ahead of Cancun. Hope this helps -- have a great trip!
