I'm scheduled to fly out of Cleveland to Vegas this week on Continental. Nonstop. Price was around $250 per person I think - check www.continental.com [please tell me it wasn't a Continental flight that was cancelled...you're scaring me! I'm nervous about this trip enough already]

Wish I could help, but the places I looked at for tickets leaving this week were over $700 for one person! Good luck!

Yeah--They're expensive because it's pretty late to be buying tickets. You wanna get them in advance, cause then they're cheaper.

It's been all over the news that the Continental flights are getting canceled at Cleveland Hopkins. What a bummer! Southwest and Delta usually have decent rates. But if you really want to save money...try looking into flying out of Akron-Canton. You may have a connecting flight, but the rates are cheap. Airtran usually has good rates out of CAK.
