How do commercial airline pilots "evacuate"

How do commercial airline pilots "evacuate"?
On a recent trip from Cleveland to Phoenix, I noticed that while I got up to relieve myself twice during the flight, I never saw the pilots leave the cabin. (I was in first class so I'm sure I would've noticed.) Now I'm thinking these guys drink coffee, water and soda just like the rest of us, so how do they hold it for a 3 hour and 45 minute flight? Ouch!

they do.... sometimes f/a puts a cart sideways in front of cockpit door, sometimes f/a and captain or fo switch places for duration of the crew member's "relief". No, they don't have an old milk bottle in the cockpit!

Cockpit crew can leave to use the lav in First class when needed. There are procedures in place for that.
